Dear Voter,
I am Judge Michael Caperton of the Kentucky Court of Appeals. I would like to introduce myself, provide background information, and hope to gain your vote and influence in my campaign for re-election to the Court of Appeals.
I have been your appellate judge since 2007, and will be on the November 4, 2014 ballot. Since at the Court of Appeals,
I have been on panel and heard over two thousand cases. The experience gained by hearing cases at the Court of Appeals is valuable and gives an appellate judge a
legal background second to none.

Prior to my service with the Court of Appeals, I served as a trial judge in the 27th district for over 13 years and heard more than 100,000 cases. The voters in my district showed their confidence in my service through my reelection for 4 terms of office. Their continued support and your support elected me to the Court of Appeals in 2007. I appreciate all these votes of confidence in my ability. I now ask for your vote and influence on November 4, 2014, so that I may continue to serve as your appellate judge.
